Job Description Reporting into the Install Manager, the Install Administrator is responsible for daily delivery operations. This consists of the delivery of appliances at customers’ premises in a timely and professional manner. The Install Admin will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team. The Install Admin will operate and align with company values. Position Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate install activities, including the movement of goods and personnel. Liaise with drivers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations. Manage and update transportation databases and records accurately. Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related inquiries from internal stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments, warehouse, and customer service, to optimise installation processes. Approving contractor invoices. Follow up on missing payments, manifests and outstanding return orders. Optimise transportation schedules to maximise efficiency and reduce operating costs.
