In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Managing inbound customer inquiries via phone and email for all locations from a centralised office. Meeting and greeting external stakeholders. Entering customer details and orders accurately into the system. Maintaining office supplies and ordering as necessary. Coordinating with internal teams across different states as needed. Assisting with general administrative tasks as required. What do you bring? 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a phone-based customer service role. Strong communication skills and excellent phone manners are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
