This role is perfect for those eager to learn and grow in the legal field and extend on your experience to date in family law or litigation. Provide administrative support to legal staff, paralegals, and assistants Manage diaries for multiple fee earners Triage incoming communications, including phone calls and correspondence Liaise with clients, courts, solicitors, barristers, and other third parties Update and manage relevant databases Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements Draft basic correspondence and court documents Prepare and collate annexures and briefs to Counsel Conduct basic property and ASIC searches Handle electronic file maintenance and document management Assist with transcription of dictation and time recording Support archiving and file closure procedures What We’re Looking For: Previous administrative support experience in legal Strong relationship-building skills and team collaboration Certificate in Legal Studies is desirable but not mandatory Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to practice management systems is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities Excellent time management and organisational skills Passion for delivering high-quality customer service Keen attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality Eagerness to learn and develop new skills A friendly, approachable, and optimistic attitude If you’re ready to take the next step in your career with a firm that values its people and fosters an inclusive environment, apply today For a confidential chat about the role please contact Elizabeth Petersen on 0455 326 852 / elizabethconnectedpeople.com.au
