Axil Coffee Roasters is looking for an experience Café Manager to run our Monday to Friday Bourke St Café We have multiple locations across Victoria, including Melbourne Airport, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Melbourne Central, Richmond and several other locations in the CBD. Home to the 2022 World Barista Champion Anthony Douglas and back to back Australian Barista Champion Jack Simpson, we pride ourselves on building a great place to work and fostering talent and development. Applicants must have previous experience in a management role in hospitality, knowledge of specialty coffee and a big passion for good food.
