As a result of growth, they are currently seeking a Microsoft Cloud and Platform Solution Engineer. Tell me about the role With a primary focus on developing comprehensive architectural designs for cloud and platform solutions, you’ll also lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from planning through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget. You’ll collaborate with clients from pre-sales to project completion whilst, as an Azure subject matter expert, you’ll support our service desk with customer escalations. This role will ideally be located in Melbourne, however, a Sydney location may be considered. About You An Azure Solution Architect, you’ll hold a relevant degree qualification along with CCNA/FCP level networking and Administrator Expert level M365 certification. Having honed your Azure knowledge within an MSP environment, you’ll have a focus on customer satisfaction and a vision for providing solutions that meet best practice and exceed customer expectation. You’ll be adept at building Azure tenants and leading O365 and M365 migrations (including Exchange migrations) and be confident in writing statements of work and detailed project designs. As a natural leader of projects and process you’ll be focused on innovation and be a driver of change, ready and able to mentor others in the business toward shared success.
