Well established & reputed 2nd tier builder requires CA/Coordinator to work on a $20M institutional new build in Warrnambool Our Client is a long standing major 2nd tier builder. They have been in operation for over 40 years and turnover in excess of $300M annually. They specialise in commercial, industrial & institutional projects ranging in value from $5M - $200M. Over recent years they have focused on Regional Victoria securing several major projects. One of their main area of focus has been the Greater Warrnambool region where they now have a permanent office located. They have secured a $20M institutional project in the region and require an additional CA/PC to join the project team. The role is a Contract Administrator/Coordinator styled position. It will be tucked under the Project Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the project. Responsibilities will cover general administration/coordination, document control, RFI's, OHS & quality management, assisting with procurement and contract administration and sub-contractor management. Due to the location, we are open to looking at up & comers OR experienced Contract Administrators. To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a construction related discipline with a minimum of 12 months industry experience working within the commercial market sector in a similar type of role. You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow a career in the construction industry. They realise high achievers are hard to source in regional locations so are super-flexible on salary (range of $80,000 - $150,000 depending on experience) and background.
