We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Program Delivery team. In this role, you will work in partnership with the business to manage and administer established contracts. Your contributions will be vital in developing and maintaining supplier agreements to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, delivering projects that achieve their intended benefits. This role will be working at our offices located in Redfern, Sydney Olympic Park & Chatswood. As part of your application, you will be required to provide your location preferences. Key Responsibilities Administer and oversee contracts with suppliers of goods and services. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards. Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement. Assist in the development and negotiation of new contracts and amendments to existing agreements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote successful project delivery. Experience and Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, Engineering, or Business and/or relevant industry experience. Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualification (desirable but not essential Proven experience in the construction industry (MUST HAVE). Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent negotiation, evaluation, and administrative skills. Ability to learn quickly and master internal contract management systems. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure.
