Mater Digital Learning is looking for a Senior Administration Officer to join the team, on a full-time, short-term contract until Dec 2024. Based at Mater Newstead, this role will start week starting 14 October 2024. Salary range: $36.51 - $40.81 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 access to many staff benefits Manage routine administrative tasks, including handling emails, organizing documents, and maintaining records. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of education courses across Mater campuses. Perform data entry, ensuring accurate record management for Recognition of Prior Learning within the Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Ensure compliance with established processes, guidelines, and quality standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and key stakeholders to support seamless operations. About you To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team High level of customer service, verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work effectively within a busy, fast-paced, demanding environment Highly developed time management and organisational skills Strong computer skills including competence in Administration systems (and the ability to quickly learn new systems) Ability to use programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
