Working in the Hills district for this growing company, you will use your previous experience in AP & AR and assisting in all aspects of admin Based in the Hills district, we have an exciting opportunity for a mature minded, experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable/Administration Officer to join this Australian owned, growing company. Key Accountabilities: Invoicing and chasing outstanding accounts Records and database management Managing phone calls and email correspondence Customer service – liaise with and build relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors Responding to customer queries and proactively managing queries. Paying invoices, including GST, and recording all payments Management of uniforms and stocktake Coding in the ledger Monthly reporting and remittance advise Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff Managing phone calls and email correspondence Managing the CPI increases Responding to customer queries and proactively managing issues What will you need: Previous experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes Ability to work independently Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task Experience in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as XERO and ERP systems Clear, open communication skills Previous experience within a blue collar industry would be advantageous Positive attitude with a willingness to do other duties within administration as well as accounts work In return you will have the opportunity to work for a growing down to earth company, with a good culture.
