Administration Clerks, Deal Processing Clerks and other Sales Administrators from automotive dealerships, equipment dealerships or truck dealerships are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Track sales progress and provide timely updates to customers and the company. Manage sales invoices, supplier orders, and finance payouts for vehicles and trailers. Maintain accurate stock lists, filing systems, and vehicle registrations. Update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and ensure data entry accuracy. Prepare delivery and warranty documentation for customer handovers. Coordinate the supply and distribution of promotional materials. Organise truck movements and transfers between dealerships. Compile and track salesperson commissions. Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to other departments. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in administration and data entry within a dealership environment Knowledge of heavy vehicle brands is highly regarded. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Effective time management and multitasking skills. On offer is an attractive annual base salary of around $67,000 to $73,000 (depending on experience).
