About the Role The Administration Coordinator (Nursing and Allied Health) oversees the administration of Nursing and Allied Health programs within In Home Care. The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Team Leader (Nursing & Allied Health), Clinical Care Lead IHC and In Home Care Allied Health Lead. The tasks include, general administration, End of Month finance reporting, timesheets, recruitment, induction and onboarding, E-learning, accounts receivable and managing any IT issues employees may encounter. Key Duties To contribute to all site administration & operations in an organised, customer focused manner. Oversee payroll preparation/administration. Assist, where necessary, with recruitment interviews by sitting on the interview panel, partaking in selection, and onboarding process of new staff to first shift. Organise and facilitate induction for new employees. Assist with End of Month reporting and accounts receivable. Manage and oversee IT issues. Operate according to Baptcare’ s values, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with organisation and regulatory requirements, including all aspects of workplace health and safety legislation applicable to the role. Exhibit a track record of maintaining confidentiality and working effectively within a team. Office based role Monday to Friday.
