About the role Working in MSB provides a broad overview of public policy development, government decision making processes and opportunities to be involved in the many high-profile initiatives DCCEEW undertakes to deliver the best outcomes for NSW. The role will support the Ministerial Services Branch with administrative tasks, including records management, registering correspondence and completion of ministerial briefings and submissions, and coordinating equipment and resource orders. About you Experience in administration processes and systems and assisting with the quality control of information in a high volume, deadline driven environment. Strong organisational skills. Being adaptable and flexible to manage competing priorities in a demanding and complex work environment. Effectively communicating and working with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders across all levels. Identifying and implementing system improvements that contribute to business efficiency. Strong organisational skills are key to you successfully managing competing demands and tight deadlines. You will need to maintain attention to detail in delivering tasks in tight and challenging timeframes. You will keep the customer at the front of mind. Nurturing and sustaining excellent relationships and working collaboratively with team members and colleagues across DCCEEW, as well as other stakeholders across the Department, is essential in delivering the results that will be expected of you.
