The role The role of the Client Service Administrator at AFS is to provide administrative support within our Business Services department. This involves providing necessary assistance to ensure deadlines are met and the end to end client service experience is delivered in line with AFS’s client first focus. Accountabilities Carry out ATO mail processing in accordance with AFS protocols. Generate client correspondence on a daily basis to the highest standard. Manage the submission of tax returns and activity statements. Manage daily Corporate Secretarial duties, including the management of ASIC payments. Generate associated letters and invoices using the firm’s software & document management systems. Manage communication with clients, government agencies, and suppliers. Manage payments to and from the AFS Trust Account. Collaborate with the team to meet work deadlines and client expectations. Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks. Maintain databases across various platforms. Provide professional assistance to clients within the scope of your qualifications, redirecting them appropriately when necessary. Exhibit strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactions. Prioritise tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of work. Arrive promptly to work and be willing to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within oneself and the team, recognising its importance as a key business differentiator.
