Dynamic and interesting head office support role for individuals interested in sales position in Early Years Education The Role - Relationship & Enrolment Consultant We seek a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in driving enrolments and supporting families seeking early education and care for their children. This is a permanent full-time position, 5 days a week at our Head Office in Crows Nest. Your duties will include but not be limited to : Sales driven approach building new centre occupancy targets Be the first point of contact for potential new families via phone, email and live chat Liaising with families regarding fees and account enquiries including fees and Child Care Subsidy entitlements Upselling days to current families Driving casual usages and turning casual conversions into permanent placements Actively working with the Relationship and Enrolments Manager and Relationship and Service Support teams to ensure services occupancy is optimised and Service configurations are meeting licence capacity. Maintain and update the waitlist, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with prospective families. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline enrolment processes and contribute to a positive family experience. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience as a Childcare Enrolment Officer or Sales Specialist. Previous experience managing a high volume of calls and enquiries Demonstrate competent administrative skills Experience in a call centre, customer-focused environment, sales or enrolments position. Experience using software’s such as Excel, Word and Outlook Have a strong ability to build rapport over the phone with parents and turn enquiries into booking.
