This involves managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance. You will be responsible for delivering retail operational excellence to provide an efficient and effective work environment. By spending the majority of your time on the floor, coaching the team in customer service, sales & artistry and leading by example to ensure a high touch experience is delivered to each customer. You will also spend time on the floor conducting paid services once you are MAC certified.
