About the Role: Working in a small team your day will typically include: • Helping clients with queries over the phone and email • Data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable • Stationery, kitchen and uniform supplies ordering • Assisting with the creation of forms and documentation • Assisting with travel bookings • General administration as required About you and the skills you need to bring: • You have self-motivation and a positive attitude. • You are a collaborative team player • You have some experience with Word, Excel and Outlook, and are keen to develop this further • You have great attention to detail and take pride in your work As a junior administration officer you may have all or only some of the above attributes but you definitely possess the willingness and desire to grow the skills you already have and add new skills to your set.
