Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage a high volume of shifts in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor rosters according to policies. Assess care worker availability to match client needs. Allocate shifts for nursing and support staff. Communicate with clients regarding staffing requirements. Build relationships with care workers to enhance engagement.
