Travel allowance on offer for the duration of project Description Management of contractual documentation including preparation of subcontract agreements and scopes of work. Overseeing the financial and administrative activities including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, claim review and negotiation. Let and administer contracts and purchase orders for procurement of materials, equipment and subcontracts. Prepare documentation and administer progress claims, including records for delay, EOT’s and variations. Maintain and updating of variation and drawing registers as required. Supplier invoice review, project cost tracking and analysis using CHEOPS. Skills And Experiences Bachelor of Construction Mangement, Engineering or Project management Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in a CA role with a principal contractor End to end experience on medium scale commercial projects is desired up to $40m Proven experience delivering several projects from start to completion and handover A positive and driven mentality with the ability to work closely in a team environment Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail On offer: Salary up to $140K package plus travel allowance Bonus incentives Exciting opportunity to further career with potential for permanent role with company
