Administration Assistant required to support the Quality Assurance team in South Nowra. Role is for approx 4 - 8 weeks starting ASAP. Paying $33.56 ph Flexible Hours to suit your lifestyle Short Term assignment - 4 - 8 weeks Ditch the commute and work close to home Work with a growing local company and be part of a supportive and encouraging team TLH Recruitment is proudly representing a food manufacturing client based in South Nowra, and they have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the QA team for approximately 4 - 8 weeks. In this casual role you will be working approximately 4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week on site with flexibility around your hours. This is a short term assignment with potential for further work available. Responsibilities: Computer based tasks including; scan ,name and file documents to the shared drive filing Maintain Excel registers Label and pack samples to external testing laboratories Book couriers Ad hoc tasks for the Quality Assurance Team Accurate data entry Reviewing production batch documents, including checking arithmetic calculations. Assisting and supporting QA staff in performing their duties. Requirements: Be able to commit for the duration of the assignment - 4 - 8 weeks Intermediate level of computer literacy - Word, Excel, Outlook and pdf management High attention to detail to ensure accuracy on documents and data entry is essential Previous experience with records management and an understanding of naming conventions, pdf editing and use of shared drives Willingness to perform repetitive and basic data entry tasks to assist with cross checking, updating and maintaining records Basic level of fitness to be able to move containers / boxes ( under 10kgs) when labelling Impeccable communication skills Your new team: The Quality team is a small, welcoming team who take pride in their work and the cohesion of their team.
