Things you will do: As a Casual Customer Service Officer, you will provide quality customer service at the cafe, reception area, and merchandising and sales areas to the customers and potential customers of the Des Renford Leisure Centre. You will provide the highest level of customer service possible while recording accurate point of sale transactions, as well as supporting the daily operations of the centre, such as assisting with opening/closing the centre and performing administrative duties About you: Experience in a busy front line customer service environment Experience in handling and reconciling daily takings Working knowledge of WHS and principles Computer keyboard and data entry skills Experience in using a point-of-sale system Ability to perform under pressure, performing multiple tasks concurrently NSW Working with Children Clearance, as per the Child Protection (working with children) Act 2012 Further information: View the position description or contact Sharlene Melville, Supervisor Business and Customer Service, on 9093 6321.
