Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and team members to develop/design solutions. Assist with the design and implementation of complex IT solutions. Assist with the creation of technical documentation. Liaise with stakeholders and provide project updates/timelines. Provide technical support and training to clients when needed. Assist the team with BAU support (staff cover only, on an ad-hoc basis). Assist with the smooth transition from implementation to BAU support. Role Requirements: Strong work ethic, initiative, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on efficiency and problem resolution. Experience in a similar role implementing solutions. Exceptional stakeholder and account management experience. Ability to meet deadlines and provide regular project updates. Strong ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Conscientious, driven, and self-motivated. Looking for career progression opportunities. Technical Requirements: Experience with network administration (routers, switches, LAN, WAN). Experience with VMware, ESXi, and virtual servers. Experience with Office 365 migrations and upgrades. Strong familiarity with cloud solutions (MS Azure). Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery (Veeam/ShadowProtect). Strong understanding of Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
