YOUR OPPORTUNITY Due to an internal promotion we are on looking for our next Customer Service superstar to support our Customer First philosophy. This role is critical within our broader Customer Service Excellence Team. Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responding to sales queries, quoting customers, processing orders, liaising with other branches and internal departments to source products and occasional counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customers. No day will ever be the same Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Managing sales enquiries within our branch, over the phone and via email Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders on a day to day basis Process customer orders, quoting, and manage the end-to-end customer interaction Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes To be successful, you will have: Sales and customer service experience and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team Excellent oral and written communication with a proactive approach Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word a must) Strong time management skills with a solutions focused approach to problem solving Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential CULTURE & BENEFITS A career with Bullivants will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
