About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Retail Sales Consultant to join our team based in our Melbourne showroom. This role will combine your proven sales track record and skills with your engaging, reliable and personable nature. More than just a sales team member, we are seeking someone that would like to join a culture that embraces sustainability, collaboration, quality customer experiences, fun and success. Have a flair for interior design or selling quality interior products? You will be able to consult with customers and provide them with considered styling advice. We pride ourselves on delivering a holistic customer experience that draws upon your high level of customer service and your design expertise. Delivering the ultimate Armadillo customer experience to all clients, by telephone, email and in showroom. Representing the Armadillo brand appropriately at all times. Providing considered design and decorating advice to Melbourne retail clients in the showroom. Providing quotes and following up on active enquiries. Providing after-sale services where required. Remaining abreast of protocols regarding stock and deliveries. Participating in and attending events and training where required. General retail duties including the presentation of the showroom, sample management and requirement to support trade and other teams on occasion with various tasks. About You Must be able to work 2 days per week across Monday and Saturday . Saturday availability is essential for this position. It may be possible to pick up additional shifts during peak trading periods. You will have related experience in interior design or a true passion for selling quality interior products. You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will have exceptional customer service skills to drive our growth. You're always enthusiastic and forward-thinking - keen to roll up your sleeves and jump straight in. You frequently use your initiative to think about new ways to approach tasks and to be proactive.
