Accounts Administrator Work out of our East Melbourne Office - Hybrid working arrangement 3 month initial contact with potential to extend to 6 months One team culture where our patients’ needs come first Fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our high-performing Finance team on a 3-month initial contact in our East Melbourne Office. This role will focus primarily on bank reconciliations for a major account and provide support to the Accounts Payable team during peak periods. You will also assist the accountants with journal entries during month-end and offer support during audits. Responsibilities Bank matching and reconciliations Assist Accounts Payable Team with processing, coding, reporting and vendor statement reconciliation Assist Finance Team during audits and ad-hoc busy periods Leave support for various Finance Team members when required Journal entries Ad-hoc administration duties About you You will have 3 yrs in bank reconciliation role with Accounts Payable knowledge and basic accounting skills You will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills along with experience in finance systems Studying Accounting or desire to grow career in the accounting field highly valued AP and basic accounting knowledge are ideal but not essential.
