In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds Providing food / drink service to our Members and Guests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner Attending to gaming machine maintenance and payouts Delivery of great customer service experiences; and Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas on the gaming floor. Requirements Previous gaming attendant experience is essential (min 1 year) Current NSW RSA, RCG (essential) and Advance RCG (desirable) competency card Availability to work a range of shifts including late nights, weekends and Public Holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing/being on your feet for long periods of time and walking the gaming floor Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and personal presentation.
