We are seeking an experienced Administrator to become an integral member of our Clients and Market Service team and provide critical support to our general workplace administrative team along with our Bids & Proposal team. Working in our Newcastle office, you’ll bring a natural ability to deliver under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and a high level of attention to detail, along with well-developed skills in document formatting and customer service. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Providing administration support for bids, tenders, reports, and proposals for review and submissions. Providing administrative support through shared email inboxes. Taking minutes in meetings and assisting with on and off-site events. Supporting printing jobs and performing various office support duties Handling archiving and data entry tasks, along with occasional reception relief and front desk duties. What would you bring to the team? Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels Strong attention to detail with experience formatting and collating documents Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines A strong client focus and dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services environment would be highly advantageous High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is critical Interested?
