The Role: We are looking for a vibrant new team member to join our office and assist with delivering effective support across all company departments. You will have plenty of variety in this full-time role, working in a fast-paced and energetic environment to deliver multiple functions within the areas of Reception, Administration and Finance. Duties Include: Data entry Mail, banking and office supplies Answering telephones and general reception duties Assistance with finance tasks Ad-hoc administrative duties as directed Invoicing support as required Filing and records management The Ideal Candidate: You will be highly efficient with proven skills in time management, attention to detail, and a keen focus on achieving results. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated computer proficiency. Your positive attitude, bright personality and friendly, professional manner will see you succeed in this role. Previous experience in a similar role is desired, though not essential as we will provide on the job training. Whilst you will primarily be working as part of the team, you must also possess the ability to work independently as you will be responsible for delivering specific tasks without supervision.
