The Verve Partners Construction team are working with leading Construction firms across Newcastle to secure their next team member an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on a complex Commercial Project. To be considered you will need to have demonstrated experience working on Commercial projects in a Contracts Administrator capacity. You will play an integral role in the successful delivery of the project and ensure that the timeline, quality, safety and budget are met. Responsibilities Review and approve subcontract documentation prior to issuing. Ensure subcontractor statutory requirements are being met. Progress claims – prepare and check payment authority. Process subcontract variations in accordance with procedures. Assess subcontract extension of time claims. Finalisation of claims and procurement of Contract Value Agreements. Prepares detailed working budgets and financial control system Prepares and agrees on project financial objectives with the Project Manager. To be considered for the role you will have: Bachelor of Construction Management or relevant industry experience.
