This newly created role will support a team of 4 Project Managers in a modern office environment where you will be valued and appreciated for your contribution. Their office hours are flexibible allowing you to plan your day between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm accordingly. This great role would also suit a parent who also requires school hours. About the Role: You will be providing the administration support for electrical projects which include: Liaising with sub-contractors regarding their insurances and contractual requirements. Assisting with cost management / tracking of projects Assisting the Project Managers in the document preparations, getting quotations etc Producing Purchase Orders for projects and ensuring that invoices/delivery dockets are matched to these. Any other duties or tasks as reasonably directed. Maintaining documents and registers Simple counting of drawings Printing and Filing Electrical sample submission About you: We are looking for a multi talented administrator with at least 5 years experience in similar roles with an extremely good quality eye for detail. Your Excel skills should be of a high standard and knowledge of Pronto would be advantageous. You should be results driven, organised and proactive.
