This hands-on role involves overseeing the efficient movement and tracking of parts, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching parts. Supervise and manage the warehouse team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment. Ensure quality control of incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct monthly inventory counts to maintain accuracy. Manage overseas container handling and associated documentation. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a parts or production environment. Strong understanding of warehousing principles and material flow. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (Manhattan or SAP are highly regarded). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Holds a current forklift licence. Applicants with previous Automotive, Agricultural, Truck or Equipment parts warehousing and distribution experience are encouraged to apply.
