Role Overview: Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on a high-profile and confidential project? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the design and construct of a new lodge and accommodation close to central Gold Coast. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of a design and build project, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage all D&C phases, working closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure flawless execution. Oversee construction operations, including subcontractor coordination, procurement, and on-site logistics. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project. Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and transparency. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a CA background. Demonstrated success managing complex D&C projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage stakeholders and teams effectively. Experience delivering high-value projects from start to finish. Ability to work discreetly, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
