This role is integral in helping us build relationships with customers. Please note – this is not a call centre role. In this fast paced role, you will: Providing technical support & customer service to NHP customer base of commercial clients Handle technical phone/email enquiries Work with Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services & general items Liase with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Maintain records & documents relating to customer activity Contribute to continuous improvement Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs Located at our Head office in Richmond, VIC, surrounded by good coffee, free onsite parking, with a culture built around team spirit and enjoyment, it is hard to find a better place to work.
