Our client in Albury is seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic factory team. This role involves rotating through four different positions, which are repetitive in nature. While the tasks are not heavy, candidates should be prepared for some physical demands. The role will begin as casual; however, full-time hours are on offer, with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate. The hours required are between 7am-4pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and are willing to get in and have a go. Previous factory experience is beneficial but not essential. Key Responsibilities include: Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products within the facility. Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment. General labouring and manual handling of product. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Work efficiently within a team environment. Machine operator positions may be available for qualified candidates. Qualifications may include: Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
