Reporting to the Learning & Indigenous Engagement Manager, your role will be pivotal in the expansion of our in-house training capability as well as the continuing management of our industry leading graduate, cadet and mentoring programs. This is a part time role working 22-24 hours per week with the opportunity to define whether that is set across 3,4 or 5 days. Your key accountabilities will be: Develop and maintain internal training courses and programs. Facilitation and management of national graduate, cadet and mentoring programs. Identification of training requirements through needs assessments and best practice metrics. Proactively source and implement innovative training solutions. Partner with HR Advisors to provide learning / development outcomes Champion, support and maintain people development initiatives, such as the Graduate Development Program, Traineeships, Core Training and Competency Frameworks. Report on success and uptake of key learning initiatives and actively influence stakeholders. Support the design, development and delivery of interactive e-courses (desirable not essential) Assist in the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and review of L&D practices and programs as required. Partner with internal client groups in the development of effective people management strategies to meet business requirements Develop rapport and effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders What we are seeking: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver engaging and relevant content within a classroom environment Strong experience gained in a similar role in either an in-house or RTO environment Experience in designing and facilitating engaging competency-based training programs and frameworks Able to design, develop and implement e-courses using software An enthusiasm for learning and developing others Someone already holding or working towards a Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor is highly desirable Experience in identifying training needs and analysing gaps What Georgiou's good at?
