The Role: Toll People are currently seeking Forklift Operators for our sites in Prestons. This role is an opportunity for Forklift Operators with a high attention to detail and positive can-do attitude. All positions are ongoing and immediate starts are on offer. Shift Times and Pay Rates: 6AM - 2PM - $38.71/hour 2PM - 10PM - $43.36/hour Key Responsibilities: Operating a Forklift truck (High Reach and Counterbalance) General hand duties Loading/Unloading trucks Sorting, scanning and noting of products that move through the distribution facility Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area, conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety Put away, replenishment and retrieval of goods to and from specific warehouse areas using a High Reach Forklift Use of RF scanners Willingness to undertake manual handling and other duties on ground level when needed Required Experience: Current LF Forklift License RF Scanning experience Minimum 6 months of High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience Must be able to drive a Toyota or Crown Forklift Must be able to communicate well Proven reliability, team players who are confident they commit to fulfil the requirements of this role Benefits: Working with a highly reputable company that supports various retail brands Attractive hourly rates Onsite parking and convenient location About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
