Great Working Environment Casual Role Located in Tugun The Role We are looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a casual basis. This position is for 32 hours per fortnight, plus coverage for sick and annual leave as needed. Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for: Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms General administration duties as required Qualifications & Attributes Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude Previous experience in administrative/reception roles Experience using Best Practice is advantageous Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
