Your new role as a Design Assistant at Bras N Things… Supporting the Designers in the creation and execution of future concepts and product: Assist with seasonal colour and textile print developments. Creating tech packs, CADs and development of ranges in line with seasonal trend direction in line with CP deadlines. Liaise with garment technicians on work requests and follow up on sample developments Complete small design projects under the guidance of your manager Use creative forecast services, magazines, colour authorities, websites, and market analysis to assist in providing information for trend directions, story boards and project work Collaborate and develop strong relationships with cross functional teams and our international sourcing teams Prepare quality presentations and sales tools for internal range showings, sales conferences, retail range showings What experience you can bring to us? A degree in fashion design An understanding of fit and construction An innovative and creative approach to design & development Intermediate to High level experience in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite essential Curiosity and team player capability Previous exposure to PLM system (preferred) Passion for building, developing and optimising process and practice with sustainability and community in mind What can we offer you?
