The successful candidate will be working with the Guard Rail Crew that complete work across the state and must have strong understanding of the traineeship requirements, be physically fit able to keep up with high level of physical demands and a passion for the civil construction industry. Manual Labour experience and the ability to work on night shift and away from homes is a must The Traineeship will involve but not limited to: Learning to read plans and overviews and follow and implement as directed Carry out measurements and calculations Maintenance and repair on all types of roads Operate small plant and equipment Implantation of traffic management plans The work is outdoors in most weather condition’s day or night. Willing to work a Roster including weekend, shift work and working away from home. Essential Requirements: Construction White Card (or willing to obtain) Driver’s license CPR desirable Ability to provide two work or school related references Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol testing What can we offer you?
