Realise your potential and make an impact with us. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Supervisor to join the Brisbane team based at our Heathwood site. In this varied role, you will oversee the construction, installation, removal, upgrades and refurbishment of our media assets (bus shelters and retail signage). This role would suit someone from a trade background who is experienced working with subcontractors, organising materials, scheduling, and liaising with clients and contractors to complete works within the allotted time frames with quality workmanship. You will plan, monitor, and supervise works as required to achieve outcomes. Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) is required. As a dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity, you will have exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines Key Responsibilities : Ability to coordinate internal and external resource Can read and understand architectural and engineering documents Experience using project management system and software (desirable) Quoting/estimating experience Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Strong negotiation and influencing skills Outstanding communication & time-management skills Our Benefits: You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
