Seeking a proactive Contracts Administrator with 4-5 years of experience looking to take on a diverse and hands-on position. As a Contracts Administrator with our client, you'll be taking on a hands-on, multifaceted role. You'll need to be adaptable, managing a variety of contract administration work, which includes transactional tasks, managing sales requests, and engaging with stakeholders on process-related matters. Responsibilities include: Handling core contract administration tasks such as preparing requests for quotations, ensuring compliance with governance processes, and managing sales requests. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and fulfil contractual obligations. Providing backup support for other peers during absences, managing transactional tasks like processing timesheets and journals. Assisting with issuing permits and managing compliance-related data for unique company requirements. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: 4-5 years of contract administration experience with a willingness to step beyond the traditional boundaries of contract administration. Background in procurement is desirable, as this is a transactional-focused role. Strong financial acumen and the ability to support compliance functions. Experience in managing transactional tasks such as timesheet reviews and invoice processing. Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and handle various responsibilities with minimal supervision.
