Great Firm based in the CBD Corporate / Employment Law Work with an inspirational team Our client is a standout boutique law firm with a fantastic culture and modern office in the heart of the legal precinct of Melbourne. They are currently looking for a Legal Assistant / legal Secretary to support across Corporate and Employment law. In this role you will be supporting a friendly, supportive experienced Partner and up to 3 Lawyers. They are a wonderful team that have a collaborative and supportive approach. The opportunity to take on more and to develop your skills will be available in this role. Your responsibilities will include: Diary Management Drafting and preparing court documents, lodging court documents Client management Drafting emails and correspondence File management Ad hoc administration tasks To be successful you will; To be considered for this role, you will have over 1 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary working in a law firm. You will have ideally have a typing speed of 45wpm with 95%, accuracy, knowledge of the Microsoft suite and good written and verbal communication skills.
