We are looking for Quality Cloud Architects who want to join and grow a high-performing team which aims to help create a world class engineering capability. In this role we will be bringing together the traditional responsibilities across Quality Engineering, DevOps and Cloud Engineering. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex full-stack web applications. Teach and evangelise engineering teams how to build more stable and scalable software at scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, proactively suggesting improvements to the tech stack. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and direction of the development team. Required Skills and Expertise: Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#). Expertise in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and libraries. Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot) and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
