This full-time opportunity is for candidates who have the dedication to complete a 4-year apprenticeship (MEM31922) with a large company that provides various services across air conditioning, cooling systems, electrical and sheet metal custom ducting. The apprenticeship will include but not be limited to: Development and fabrication of structural items Construction and repair of metal products Safe use of measuring equipment, hand tools, welding & cutting equipment, metal forming & shaping machines, grinders, etc Work from detailed drawings Adhere to Work Health and Safety policies and procedures About You: Be Committed to complete a 4 year apprenticeship Able to travel to and from work – Manual Drivers Licence preferred Be able to work away from home at times Work Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm Hold a White Card (or willing to obtain) Hold a Working At Heights (or willing to obtain) Certificate I or II in Engineering is highly regarded Can use initiative within the workplace High attention to detail Reliable and punctual Be motivated to work in the engineering/ fabrication industry Who we are: Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland.
