The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Contracts Team which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the department's Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) arrangements including travel and purchasing cards, travel processes and stationery and fleet in accordance with the Whole of Government Coordinated Procurement obligations, as well as the management of eForms (Lighthouse), Cabcharge and airline memberships. The role will provide policy support to departmental staff (including the NDIS Quality and Safety Commission and the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Commission staff) and assist in the system administration of the department's expense management system, expense8, as well as other systems such as CTM, NAB, fleet intelligence and stationery provider portals. The key duties of the position include provide policy advice on Whole of Government arrangements relating to travel, car hire, travel cards, purchasing cards, fleet and stationery high level of stakeholder engagement internally and externally including the requirement to manage corporate contractual arrangements manage and maintain corporate systems and portals relating to travel, car hire, travel cards, purchasing cards, fleet and stationery assist in the management of high-volume phone and email helpdesk enquiries, with the ability to adapt to varied workloads and topics assist in the preparation and review of reporting, financial compliance data with a high level of attention to detail under direction, provide guidance, leadership and support to other team members review and provide advice in relation to policies, procedures and standard operating procedures including identifying and implementing improvements.
