Job Description Clerk Civil Asset Maintenance (Customer Services) – Government - Temp Contract Start: 01/10/24 – End: 20/12/24 Blacktown location $33.46 ph super Full time: Monday to Friday - 08:30 am to 16:30pm About the Company Our client within the Government sector is seeking an individual who has S trong Customer Interactions, Effective Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities. This is a temporary contract role and we require candidates who are ready to hit the ground running and available for an immediate start. This role offers a friendly and supportive working environment. Duties within the role will include but not limited to: Answer telephone enquiries and complaints from the general public and staff. Order materials, goods or services as appropriate e.g. stationary, films etc. Attend to enquiries both internal and external when required. Entering data into the system and updating records within the council. Other administrative duties as required. Skills & Experience Previous experience in Customer Service, Admin and/or Call Centre roles.
