The Role The Claims team are there to help our customers at their most vulnerable; they support each policy holder/member through the claims process with integrity, fairness and compassion. They strive to make the right decisions and support ethical and fair outcomes. We have a 12-month fixed term role available for a Case Administrator to join our close-knit North Sydney or Melbourne based team. In this entry level role, you will provide administrative support to team members as well as internal and external stakeholders whilst working to meet agreed SLAs. Your responsibilities will include: Ongoing management of stable and mature claims; Managing all correspondence, maintaining up to date case files and documentation; Processing payments accurately and in a timely manner; Working closely to meet all regulatory and compliance requirements; Meeting both individual and team SLAs; and Looking for opportunities to improve internal processes. About You With a strong customer service and administrative background, you have experience working in a highly collaborative environment. You are results driven with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your work.
