We have a fantastic opportunity available, for an entry level mobilisation administrator to join our team in Mackay. Reporting directly to the Planning Manager, this position is responsible for supporting our team operation by assisting with planning, scoping and coordinating resources. Key responsibilities: Maintain and update site induction folders to ensure all personnel hold the correct qualifications, certificates and tickets to comply with site Assist the planning team with the upkeep of Fenner personnel folders Manage, co-ordinate and maintain accommodation & housing liaising with estate agents Co-ordinate travel requirements through our travel department Provide additional administrative support that may include booking medicals and training About you: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships Friendly manner in supporting employees and customers Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Proficient in MS office, outlook, word and excel Hold full Australian work rights What’s in it for you?
