Work life balance focused company Frequent team and company outings and events Key Responsibilities ASIC Compliance: Assist with the preparation and lodgment of documents to ASIC, ensuring all filings meet regulatory deadlines. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files. Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on ASIC-related matters and assisting with inquiries. Document Management: Maintain accurate records of ASIC filings and other important documents. Data Entry: Ensure all data is accurately entered into internal systems. Other Tasks: Support the firm’s operational needs with any additional tasks, including coordination of client billing and assisting with internal audits. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally in an accounting firm or related field. Familiarity with ASIC processes and regulations is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
