To be successful for these roles, you will need to have: Experience in a call centre environment Attention to detail, strong computer skills, phone manner for calls throughout the day (volumes have peaks & troughs). Ability to manage high volumes of work Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to learn/adapt quickly Strong numerical reasoning skills High end data entry skills, speed and accuracy Accounts payable experience preferred but not necessary Quick learner able to learn and use multiple software systems. Familiar with Chris21 , Ci Anywhere, PowerBi Dashboards, Big red sky or CES would be highly regarded .
