We are looking for an experienced Azure and M365 administrator within our Platforms & Cloud support team. The role will require you to be able to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility. The Platforms and Cloud Support team is part of the Enterprise Platforms & Networks team that support a mix of Azure and M365 cloud and on-premises systems and hardware used by staff across a global network of over 50 countries. The role is responsible for a mix of project and operational work, primarily focussed on maintaining Microsoft 365 and Entra ID products. Support of on-premises systems will be required as we transition more services to the cloud. The key duties of the position include Day to day to support of on-prem and cloud services including - Exchange Online - Teams - Azure AD - Azure MFA - Microsoft Intune - Conditional Access Policies - Privileged Identity Management Providing technical guidance and leadership to other members of the team Producing SOPs, policies and sharing detailed design with the team, when implementing new solutions Work with development and architectural teams to plan, design, and implement M365 / Entra ID products, features, and components Identifying opportunities for improvement in environments or processes Provide technical expertise for all things Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Ensuring cloud environment is optimised for Austrade's needs and is cost effective Ensuring security controls for cloud and on-prem environment are implemented effectively as per ACSC and Austrade's cyber team requirements
